Twitch Streamer Amouranth Robbed at Gunpoint for Crypto, She Claims to Have Shot One of the Robbers

Kaitlyn Siragusa, known widely as Amouranth, recently shared a harrowing account of a home invasion that she claims took place at her residence. The Twitch and OnlyFans streamer and crypto enthusiast described how, around 11 p.m. on March 2, 2025, she faced armed robbers who entered her home with violent intentions.

According to her social media posts, the intruders pointed a gun at her head, demanding access to her cryptocurrency holdings. In a frantic moment, she managed to alert her followers, typing, “This is not a prank help,” while under threat. She explained that the robbers dragged her from bed, forcing her to confront the situation head-on.

Amouranth detailed the chaos that unfolded, revealing that she believes she shot one of the assailants during the confrontation. Covered in blood, she noted that only a portion of the blood belonged to her, hinting at the intensity of the struggle. She described how the robbers handed her a phone, insisting she log in to her accounts with a gun pressed against her, leaving her little choice but to comply partially by posting online instead of making a call, which she felt could escalate the danger. The ordeal left her battered, as she recounted being struck with the butt of a gun, a blow that caused significant bleeding.

Despite the trauma, she was able to reach a hospital and later confirmed her safety, stating that law enforcement, including a SWAT team, had secured the scene.

A Public Figure with a Crypto Focus

Amouranth has built a substantial online presence, ranking among Twitch’s top streamers with her ASMR-themed broadcasts and expanding her reach through adult content on OnlyFans. Beyond her streaming career, she has openly embraced cryptocurrency, notably disclosing last November that she held over 211 Bitcoin, valued then at $20 million, and 22.9 Ethereum, worth more than $79,000.

Based on market values as of early March 2025, those assets would now approximate $19.4 million for Bitcoin and nearly $54,000 for Ethereum, assuming she retained them. This public association with digital currency likely made her a target for the robbers, who appeared intent on seizing her crypto wealth. Her resilience in the face of such a terrifying encounter underscores her determination, and she has since reassured her followers of her stable condition, though the experience undoubtedly leaves a lasting mark. The incident highlights the risks tied to high-profile cryptocurrency ownership, blending her digital persona with real-world consequences in a stark and unsettling way.
